Amid heightened tension in Indo-Pak ties following the surgical strike targeting terror camps across LoC, flags with 'Pakistan Zindabad' slogan and ISIS written over them have been recovered from Lateri town of Vidisha district on Saturday.

Security beefed up in the district in order to avoid any mishap in the region. Meanwhile an FIR has been lodged against unknown people in this connection.

As per initial reports, an unclaimed bag was found outside an electronic accessories shop in Lateri. When the bag was unfolded by locals, they found two black cloth pieces and some documents inside it.

Pakistan zindabad was written on one of the black cloths while another had a phone number along with ISIS written over it.

After getting the information, some activists of a Hindu outfit reached the police station following which two SDOPs along with extra police force were sent to Lateri town to take stock of the situation.

Meanwhile police have linked this incident with a murder case, that had happened five years ago, as the mobile number written over the cloth matches with a witness of that case.

A case has been filed in this connection and investigation is underway, they added.
