Petrol stations to remain shut on October 19 to protest meagre hike in dealers' margin

Petrol stations will remain shut on October 19 across Rajasthan to protest against insufficient hike in the margin of the dealers by Oil Marketing Companies, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

According to a report, Rajasthan Petroleum Dealers Association (RPDA) will observe a blackout due to which all petrol pumps in entire Rajasthan will not deliver fuel from 7:00 pm to 7:15 pm.

In case their demands are met, there will be another blackout on October 26, for the same duration.
